Cancellation Policy To confirm your rental, we require a signed rental agreement and security deposit. Cancellations provide significant hardship for our charitable operation and most clients like to book well in advance. The following policy helps to keep our programs and services affordable for everyone. A cancellation received in writing between 60 and 15 days prior to your arrival date will be invoiced at 25% of the booking total. Cancellations received within 14 days of your arrival date will be invoiced at 90% of the booking total. Your security deposit is held to cover costs associated with booking and planning for the event but can be transferred to another rental/program booking that is to take place within 365 days of the existing booking. |
