How to register



To register for a Camp Thunderbird program download the appropriate form below and:

Fax it 250-380-1933

Email it by scanning it and sending it to tbirdsummercamp@victoriay.com for Summer Camp and Family Camp; or tbirdoutdoored@victoriay.com for Outdoor Education and Site Rentals.

Mail it to Camp Thunderbird: 851 Broughton St, Victoria BC, V8W 1E5

Drop it off at the Downtown Y: 851 Broughton Street, Victoria BC

Please Note: If a program is full and enough campers are signed up to the waitlist we will consider opening an extra cabin to meet the demand. Contact Peter to be put on a waitlist: 250-642-3136 ext 225 or pgibbs@victoriay.com.

Registrations cannot be taken or spaces reserved over the phone. We will only register a camper when we have a completed registration form.

Payment: All camps require a $100 deposit and the remainder of all fees post-dated for on or before June 1st, 2010. For deposits we accept cash, cheques, debit, Visa, Mastercard. For post-dated payments we accept Visa and Mastercard or Pre-Authorized bank account payments.

Cancellations: We accept cancellations up to June 1st. We charge a $50 administration fee for all cancellations. Cancellations after June 1st are accepted only with a physician's note

Family Camp

How to Register: To register please fill out the registration form and mail, fax or drop-off at the downtown Y. Registrations cannot be taken or spaces reserved over the phone. We will only register a family when we have a completed registration form. Heated cabins are limited and will be filled on a first-registered, first-served basis.

Payment: All families require a $100 deposit and the remainder of all fees post-dated to be paid two weeks prior to the start date of the camp. For deposits we accept cash, cheques, debit, Visa, Mastercard. For post-dated payments we accept Visa and Mastercard or Pre-Authorized bank account payments.

Cancellations: We accept cancellations up to two weeks prior to the start date of the camp. We charge a $50 administration fee for all cancellations.
